Chief Editor of "nqanews.blogspot.com" advises Fellow Countrymen In His Piece

Image
Dear men; When you look at various women , there is always something that you can admire until you wish to sleep with her, something different from your wife’s. May be it is boobs especially if she is yet to breast feed, may be it is hips, may be it is her lips , may be it is her complexion, may be it is her voice etc. If you think you can keep going for every woman you desire; you will never have enough because every woman has something desirable. It is like going into a hotel with all types of foods and you decide you want to eat all foods , you will just end up sick. No one gets enough of wine if you think you can mix all wines, the best way to enjoy wine is to drink just one type that you really love and enjoy it forever. Staying faithful has little to do with your woman, it has everything to do with you as a man. It is upon you to make a decision to stay faithful for the sake of the woman you love. It is up to you to treat one woman like a queen. A kingdom with more than one que

"Ban On Illegal Mining Not Lifted"-President Akuffo-Addo

Image
The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has stated clearly that the ban on galamsey, i.e. illegal mining, has not been lifted, and will not be lifted. According to President Akufo-Addo, it is the ban on legitimate small-scale mining that has rather been lifted, explaining that the ban on small-scale mining was never intended to be permanent. “It was to enable Government fashion a policy that would sanitise the sector, and ensure that, in future, small-scale mining, which has been with us for centuries, would not damage our environment. The measures announced last Friday do exactly that,” the President said. He continued, “I cannot, and will not, give up on the fight to protect our environment. I entreat the media and all well-intentioned Ghanaians to continue to join the fight to protect our lands and water bodies.” President Akufo-Addo made this known on Wednesday, 19th December, 2018, when he addressed members of the media at an end of year press conference, at

CDD-Ghana Preliminary Report On IPEP Implementation

Image
The Ministry of Special Development Initiatives has taken notice of a discussion this morning on an Accra-based FM, Citi FM, about a preliminary monitoring report on the implementation of the Infrastructure for Poverty Eradication Programme (IPEP) by CDD-GHANA. It is instructive to note that the Ministry as an institution responsible for providing oversight responsibility for the implementation of IPEP through the Development Authorities and therefore a key stakeholder in the administration of IPEP Tracker by CDD-GHANA, was not offered any opportunity to either make an input or to offer clarification(s) on some of the issues raised prior to making their findings public this morning. These concerns notwithstanding, the Ministry has officially written to CDD-GHANA to request for a copy of the said report and to also express our concern at the lack of consultation during the entire process. The Ministry will issue an official response(s) to the issues when it receives a copy of the

We Won't Entertain Lavish Marriage Henceforth-Church of Pentecost

Image
The Chairman of the Church of Pentecost has warned members of the church to cease the organization of expensive and lavish marriage ceremonies with immediate effect. The circular further urged would-be couples to always ensure that they organize very short engagement ceremonies so as to save cost. “Pre-marital relationships, customary marriage rites (engagement) and weddings should be done modestly and decently to glorify God,” the circular stated. Elders of the church have also be encouraged to attend the engagement ceremonies of members which is now seen as the preserve of the family members.
