6 KILLED IN KUMASI AFTER HEAVY DOWNPOUR


Six Jehovah Witness members have been confirmed dead Thursday night after a heavy downpour.
The victims, believed to be from the same family, were swept away by flood waters at Esereso Adagya in the Bosomtwe District of the Ashanti Region.
They were working on a Jehovah Witness Hall and decided to go home at about 9:00pm in the night.As they tried cross the river with their car they got washed away by the flood and could not say jack.
The bodies of the six have been retrieved and deposited at the morgue.
The rain started at 5pm Thursday evening and continuously rained heavy as the hours go by.
