PROFILE OF SAMUEL ABU JINAPOR,DEPUTY CHIEF OF STAFF
Samuel Abu Jinapor, Deputy Chief of Staff at Presidency was born on April 22, 1983.
He completed St Charles Minor Seminary/SHS in Tamale.
He graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics with specialisation in Biomedical Physics in 2006.
In 2008 his intellectual thirst and political aspirations led him to enrol at the University of Ghana where he earned a Bachelor of Laws in 2010.
In 2010, he proceeded to Ghana law school, Makola where he read his professional law course.
He was called to the Ghana Bar in 2012 as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
In 2017, he read Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Faculty of Law, University Of Ghana.
He was employed in 2012 at the commercial and corporate law firm , Kulendi@Law, upon his graduation for the Ghana School of Law. His two years at the firm saw him rise from a pupil to senior associate.
He was linked to the Ndc Tein back at Knust ( I Can't substantiate). However, his interest in Public issues encouraged him to join the Npp in 2004.
His first International Political exposure came when he had the privilege and honour to accompany the then President Kuffour on his famous State visit to the United Kingdom in 2007 as a Communication Aide.
In 2007, he became a Campaign Aide to Nana Akufo-Addo in the famous 2007 NPP Presidential Primaries. He held this position to the NPP Presidential Candidate for both the 2008 and 2012 General Elections.
He is reputed as a highly driven and dynamic rising young man, energetic, intelligent and resourceful; he combines effective communication skills with detailed legal knowledge.
As an astute communicator, he played a major Political Advocacy and Activism role for the NPP and Nana Akufo-Addo. He was seen and heard on the major media and campaign platforms across the country, taking on the Mahama administration and promoting the policies of his party.
After the 2016 elections, President Akufo-Addo appointed him as the Deputy Chief of Staff at the age of 33.
He's an asset to Npp and the country.
