Nyantakyi, Agyapong Interrogated by Police over death of Ahmed Hussein-Suale


Mr Kwesi Nyantakyi and Mr Kennedy Agyapong were interrogated Monday, January 21, 2019.
A team of detectives and experts from the Criminal Investigative Department [CID] have interrogated former GFA boss over Ahmed Hussein-Suale’s death, the Ghana Police Service has said.
Mr Kwesi Nyantakyi was interrogated and a statement taken from him due to the deceased’s role in Anas’ Number 12 expose last year which led to the dissolution of the GFA.

According to a statement issued Monday and signed by ACP David Eklu, Director-General/Public Affairs, it says, member of Parliament for Assin Central in the Central region, Mr Kennedy Agyapong, has also been interrogated and a statement taken from him.

“The CID has and continues to interrogate other persons of interest as well as following up on multiple significant leads,” the statement further indicated.
The deceased, who until his death was a partner to Anas Aremeyaw Anas, was shot dead at Madina in Accra last Wednesday night.
